Welcome and thank you for visiting the website of Morgantown Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol (MER-WV-060) and Aviation Explorer Post 747! Squadron headquarters are located at the Morgantown Municipal Airport next to the water tower, across from the airport terminal building. Our weekly meeting is Monday evening from 6:30 - 9:00. Everyone is welcome to attend! We are one of the most active and largest units in West Virginia!

Interested in Joining?
If you are interested in joining CAP's cadet program, you must be between 12 and 18 years old. If you are already a CAP cadet member prior to being age 18, you may choose to remain a cadet until age 21. You can get a good idea of what cadet membership is all about by visiting the Morgantown Composite Squadron. You must be at least 18 years of age to join CAP as an adult member. For the protection of our cadets, prospective adult members must undergo an FBI fingerprint background screening.
